I am a modern basket designer-maker, rooted in heritage skills and nature.

I combine woven willow with woodland materials making traditional functional baskets, sculptural woodland inspired baskets and plant supports. I am influenced by the coppicing cycle, by cultivated and found natural materials and by the physical work of making.

My work is completely sustainable.

I also attend the award winning Hovingham Village Market and participate in North Yorkshire Open Studio.

I am also a partner in Yorkshire Hurdles, a woodland craft and design practice.
